Pink Perch and croacker are deep sea, wild caught fish.
They feed mainly on small fishes, crustaceans, mollusks (mainly cephalopods), polychaetes and echinoderms.
The scientific name of Pink Perch is Nemipterus japonicus. It is also commonly called Japanese Threadfin Bream or Nihon Itiyori (in Japanese).
The scientific name of Croaker is Johnius SPP.
